I am currently working on a project with a pepper 1.8(newest) (four holes located at the back of her head) and in order to upgrade our NAOqi software your website mentioned that we needed to contact you beforehand. Would it be possible to upgrade this unit through this support contact or is there another company we need to contact (I.E aldebaran)
