SoftBank account problem

Dear support Team,

I am writing to report an issue I encountered while creating the SoftBank account to configure the NAO robot.

After creating the account I did not receive any welcome message. When I attempted to log in, I was redirect to a page that simply stated "logout succesful".

As a result, I am unable to proceed with the configuration of NAO robot.


I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter as soon as possible so that I can complete the configuration.
