I couldn´t update my previous ticket to add the robot´s SN so I am creating a new one:
We had to reset our NAO robot because we forgot the password and email account used to set up the robot the first time.
We created a new account and once we go to the command center, we see the error you can find attached to this ticket.
Robot´s S/N is P0000073B00S8C700030
